To turn on compatibility mode in I.E. 9, in the tool bar, click the Compatibility Mode icon (to right of address bar). Compatibility Mode is enabled when the icon is shaded dark. We have found this eliminates many of the problems experienced accessing PDF’s. Once installed, navigate to the Preferences menu found in the toolbar at the top of the screen and select “Read Entire Document”.
